My client is an awarding winning organisation who is seeking a skilled and experienced Platform Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining their platform architecture to ensure the reliability, and efficiency of their systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust and reliable platform services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the platform architecture, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and efficiency
• Replication of Tickets from Accenture Tool to client tool vice-versa
• The updating of tickets is critical activity and need to be performed in real time basis
• Proper Handling of Tickets Creation , Update , Closure
• Working closely with technical team for driving of incidents to closure
• Sharing timely reports with management

Technical Experience:

• Should have knowledge about Service Now tool
• Must be good in understanding customers queries in order to replication of the tickets
• Performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/request/issues are communicated effectively and receiving proper management attention
